This album is from the period 2007 - 2008 and marks a return to writing about specific relationships, interspersed with attempts to be more light-hearted. The cover song Home On The Hill is my favourite, and describes my life at 13 Tree Rd in Camps Bay, possibly the happiest I have ever been in a place. I could walk to the beach and as a result did a great deal of swimming across the bay, as described in the song Dolphins.
I wrote As It Is In Heaven after seeing the movie of the same name. Jabberwocky is the well-known Lewis Carrol poem from Through The Looking Glass which I set to music. It is intended to scare little children witless.
The cover shows a sunset from my Tree Rd front window, from which I "can see the whole world".
