Graphic Equaliser
This album highlights my lifelong desire to be a famous musician, or at least songwriter, and have my music played on the radio. This did in fact happen in 2005 when the CD "Silent Moments" got some local airplay, but not a peep since then!
I have included a few covers: George Harrison's Something and Paul McCartney's Blackbird. And one of my all-time favourites, Riding With The King by John Hiatt: his 1983 live concert of this song is a must-see.

I mostly play my Taylor 514-C steel string acoustic, with occasional lead breaks on my Aria nylon string acoustic, both through a single Rode NT2A microphone. I play a Fender Jazz Bass direct into my Scarlet 4i4 audio interface. The drums come out of a Alesis SR16 drum box and occasionally through Cubase Groove Agent, via my MIDI interface . Everything else (strings, flutes, sax, etc) is from a Roland JUNO-D keyboard synthesizer. The album was recorded on Cubase 13 Pro.
The album was recorded in my home studio in Somerset West between September 2024 and February 2025.
